Sharpay Evans grew up very privileged. Big ~~huge~~ white house on the golf course, perfect family, perfect brother, perfect hair... it was all very blessed. Her childhood was spent being pushed into lessons, you name it, Ryan and Sharpay have done it: piano, dance, tae kwon do, fencing... but the one thing that really stuck was singing. Sharpay and Ryan have done duets ever since they could remember -- Sharpay always taking the lead role of course! What -- she was born first!

Mommy and Daddy always told them that they were very talented and neither sibling had any reason whatsoever to doubt them. 8>

Of course, once she got to high school, the natural progression of things said to join the Drama Club! And so she did. Sharpay was the most dedicated member that Hypnos High had ever seen -- she always got the lead ~~by any means necessary~~ and she was always perfect.

At least, that's what everyone was allowed to see!

In class, she could be called... a slacker, at best. Most of the time, she spends class time staring into her compact, sometimes looking at cute boys who sit behind her, but most of the time... just staring at her face. She'd magically continually brought in stunning grades -- at least, that's what her parents thought. Often, it was just a matter of threatening some nerds to do her homework, and it usually worked.

It wasn't her fault everyone loved to please her!

Dream Form:

In her dream form, Sharpay is a huge, green monster that wears a tiara. As large as she appears, she cannot do any damage to anyone and when attacked, she shrinks down to a more manageable size. This is the literal interpretation of her 'deepest secret' and, to be honest, her ugliest trait: her deep jealousy of anyone who is 'better' than her. The size symbolizes her confidence that she projects in the 'real world' and the shrinking shows the real level of her confidence.

HAHA WHAT NO I DIDN'T SPEND HALF AN HOUR THINKING ABOUT THIS.
